The Standard Hollywood

There are two locations for Los Angeles, The Standard Hollywood and Downtown LA. And where you decide to stay will depend on where you want to focus your time. There's nothing quite more LA than arriving at The Standard Hollywood and being greeted in reception with a human sized fish tank and a gorgeous half naked hunk or swimsuit cladded starlet reading a book or giving you a welcoming wave. Rooms either face out to the pool and downtown or across to the Hollywood hills and the Sunset Strip. Simple Clean design with quirky details, and if it's good enough for Carrie Bradshaw (Escape from New York) then it's good enough for us.
